T-ara's "Roly Poly" has made a profit of 300,000,000 Korean Won in daily sales!
A representative of T-Ara's agency stated, "On August 1st, the daily sales went up to 300,000,000 won, which makes it the highest daily revenue among the songs released this year." He continued, "Over the past year, T-ara has made over 10,000,000,000 (about $9.5 million USD) just in Korea. This is something that even Japanese girl groups struggle to reach."
The 300,000,000 KRW in daily sales has just set a phenomenal record which has only been achived from the hit albums in the past and this just sets the bar higher for the other recording artists.
To add to that they also revealed that T-ara have made over 4,000,000,000 KRW ($3.8 million USD) in various CFs and advertisements this year alone. This just shows how T-ara have become popular these days and how much love they are receiving from their country and even abroad.
Meanwhile T-ara have released "Roly-Poly in Copacabana" last August 2 and they will be performing it tomorrow in KBS' Music Bank.
